Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21 1956) is an actor from Canada, British. famous for her character as Samantha Jones in the HBO show Sex and the City for which she earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. She played the same role in the two films Sex and the City 2008 and Sex and the City 2 (2010). In the 1980s she was a leading character for the role of Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Her role was soon recognized with the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category after being featured in the movie Blood Alley.
